Happy 3 months to my beauty!
Have we really had our angel with us for 3 months already!? She is just growing up way too fast. I'm loving every minute with my sweet girl. It's been a great month!
Vivien loves:

Vivien doesn't love:
The big girl tub

Sitting through church
Sleeping somewhere new
I swear Vivien only blinks like once per minute. She always wins at staring contests!
We finally started going back to church. Viv isn't a fan. She cries every time we go. She is a busy girl and doesn't like to just sit, she loves to go go go! We usually just go home after Sunday School.
Vivien finally graduated from newborn diapers at about 2 and a half months!
Viv is getting more and more fun by the day. She has the cutest personality! She loves to talk (babble/coo), she smiles all the time, and is the most alert baby I have ever seen.
We started the month off with some grumpy days and a lot of nighttime wake ups (possible growth spurt?) but later in the month we had some of the best sleeps yet!!
If we don't swaddle her really tight, we always go in her room to find THIS.
At the end of July, Viv found her tongue and now it always looks like she is chewing bubblegum!
Vivien is getting better eye/hand coordination. She sometimes reaches up and hits toys that are dangling above her.
Vivien is getting too big to bathe in the sink, her legs stick out, so we tried putting her in the normal tub, she hated it...so we are just sticking with the sink for now. I think she likes the tight crammed feeling.
Nothing like having to deal with THIS at 3:30 in the morning. I was actually laughing really hard...and so was she, little stinker :)
This month, Viv started drooling and blowing bubbles, we think it is hilarious, I don't even care if it gets everywhere.
First time to paint her toenails! They are kind of sloppy because I have a wiggle worm for a little girl! Aww so cute! This is about as girly extreme as I'll get, I wanted to pierce her ears up until the time she was born...now I think I would cry, so I'm going to let her decide when she is ready!
Vivien has THE best dad in the world. He is so sweet to her. Chris is also so good to me. One day I got out of the shower to find this waiting for me in our room. How sweet! I love him so much!
We bought her a Bumbo this month. She does really well and can hold her head up like a champion by now, she has always had a strong neck and very good control. She doesn't love to sit in the Bumbo for too long, it sure is cute to watch her though.
Vivien has REALLY found her hands. She LOVES sucking and chomping on them, they are always covered in slobber. If you put anything in her hands, it immediately goes in her mouth. She always grabs her dress and pulls it to her lips, silly girl!
We went up to Spencer and Robyn's cabin for one night. This was the first time we used our new Baby Bjorn, Vivien loves it, it puts her right to sleep. This was a ROUGH night, I was up with her about every 45 minutes, she has a hard time sleeping through the night if she isn't in her swing.
Vivien made some new friends this month! So fun!
I love getting to stay home with my sweet girl every day. Being a full time momma is a hard job but I wouldn't have it any other way!
Viv pulls the funniest faces sometimes. I think she has the prettiest face in the whole world.
She LOVES when I bounce on the exercise ball with her. This is how we put her to sleep. We swaddle her up tight, bounce for about 20 seconds, and she's out just like that! So glad we figured out this little trick, much quicker than rocking in our chair!

Hello my beautiful girl. Can I tell you how much I love you? Every single day gets better with you. I love that you are the first thing I see in the morning, I love being welcomed by your huge smile. Each day I just look at you and can't believe that you're mine. You are the sweetest girl and I love watching you grow and learn. You have already changed so much over the past couple months. It scares me how fast time goes, I just want time to stop so I can keep you as my precious baby girl forever. Thank you for the joy you bring to my life, I love you in a different way than I have ever loved anyone. I want to protect you from this world, I know I won't always be able to, so I hope I can teach you to be a good girl as you grow, I hope you want to make right choices. I'm trying my hardest to be the best mom, please be patient with me if I fall short. You are so loved, Vivien, I hope you always know.
